Reserving a Space

Spaces are given out by phone (with credit card) or in person at the Market Office on Wednesday, Thursday, in person only on Friday. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR RAINCHECKS FOR SPACES THAT ARE BOUGHT ON WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.

Rules and Regulations

It is the responsibility of each vendor to be sure he is working within the guidelines and according to the rules and regulations set forth by the: Ohio Dept. of Taxation, Columbiana County Health Department and all other governmental agencies and authorities.

  1. All vendors must be registered at the market office before setting up.
  2. Electrical use is minimal. Use of many appliances will cause a loss of power for many vendors. Food concessions must be self-contained.
  3. All trash is to be bagged and put into dumpsters. All boxes must be broken down!
  4. Absolutely no COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS, fireworks, liquor, drug paraphernalia, or pornographic material is to be sold at this market.
  5. Subletting of spots is prohibited.
  6. All vendors must keep their displays out of walkways and driveways.
  7. Food Concessions must have a copy of Health Dept. Permits and proof of liability insurance on file at the Market Office.
  8. All vendor pets must be contained at vehicle and kept away from the public.

Important Notes

Early reservation fee of $5.00 will be added to space given out on Wednesday and Thursday. No space shall be occupied before 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. Market opens for business 7:30 Friday Morning.

  3. Have Credit Card ready.
  4. Early registration fee of $5.00 will apply per space.
  5. No telephone reservations taken on Friday.
How do I go about getting a space in person?
  1. Market office will open for business 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday. Friday 7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  2. Any spaces given out before 7:30 Friday morning will have the early registration fee applied.
